Our CCTV survey services are available for both pre and post build. The drain survey reports are supplied with industry standard grading complete with relevant DVD’s.  The report can also be e-mailed directly once  completed, with a turnaround time of normally 3 days.

We also offer a range of drain maintenance services for builders and developers - cleaning, clearance, adhoc blockages, pollution control and maintenance.

A full method statements and risk assessment will always be presented prior to site work.

  • Details of time on site and time the work has been completed.

  • Carryout works with due care and consideration.

  • Take all reasonable precautions to protect your property, including surrounding properties while carrying out work.

  • Clear up all debris and equipment when finished.

  • Try to keep noise to a minimum and advise you if tools and machinery will make  a loud noise.

  • Leave site clean and tidy.
